Revelation exploits the symbol extensively: the Lamb has seven horns signifying complete power (Rev 5:6), the dragon has ten horns (Rev 12:3), and the beast from the sea wears ten diademed horns representing vassal kings (Rev 13:1, 11; 17:3-16).
