Micah uses it of the town Shaphir going forth in 'nakedness and shame' (Mic 1:11). Habakkuk 3:9 applies it strikingly to God's bow being 'laid bare' — stripped of its cover and ready for battle. Hindi 'nirvstra/nagna' and Spanish 'desnudez' both capture the core sense of utter exposure.
