Crucificar juntamente con; usado literalmente de la co-crucifixión y figuradamente de la unión del creyente con Cristo en su muerte.
Este verbo compuesto une σύν (juntamente con) y σταυρόω (crucificar), expresando una crucifixión compartida. Los Evangelios lo emplean literalmente para los criminales ejecutados junto a Jesús (Mt 27:44; Mc 15:32; Jn 19:32). Pablo lo transforma en una de sus metáforas teológicas más profundas: 'nuestro viejo hombre fue crucificado juntamente con él' (Ro 6:6) y 'con Cristo estoy juntamente crucificado' (Gá 2:20). La expresión española 'crucificado juntamente' preserva la idea de participación conjunta que es central en la teología paulina de la muerte con Cristo.
