Conjunción negativa «ni, tampoco» o adverbio enfático «ni siquiera», que extiende o intensifica una negación
Una partícula negativa de doble función en el Nuevo Testamento. Como conjunción encadena negaciones — «ni», «y no», «tampoco» — enlazando elementos ya bajo un paraguas negativo (Mt 6:26: «no siembran, ni siegan, ni recogen en graneros»). Como adverbio enfático agudiza la negación a «ni siquiera», subrayando que incluso el caso más esperable falla (Mt 6:29: «ni aun Salomón con toda su gloria»). El español distingue bien ambas funciones: «ni» para la conjuntiva y «ni aun / ni siquiera / tampoco» para la enfática.

2. ni siquiera, ni aun — Negación adverbial enfática que significa «ni siquiera» o «ni aun», intensificando la negación para destacar que incluso el caso menos esperado queda incluido en la exclusión. El español la distingue con «tampoco» y «ni aun» donde el sentido conjuntivo usa el simple «ni», confirmando la fuerza intensificada.
