Kabzeel; town in southern Judah, home of Benaiah the mighty warrior

Second Samuel 23:20 and its parallel 1 Chronicles 11:22 identify it as the hometown of Benaiah son of Jehoiada, one of David's elite warriors who later became commander of Solomon's army. The name may mean 'God gathers' or 'gathering of God.' Its exact location is uncertain, though it was resettled after the exile (Nehemiah 11:25).
