Ir, dirigirse, partir — verbo de movimiento frecuente en mandatos, que a veces implica retiro o partida.
Verbo de movimiento común en los Evangelios, que aparece frecuentemente en mandatos directos de Jesús: 'Ve, muéstrate al sacerdote' (Mt 8:4), 'Ve, vende lo que tienes' (Mt 19:21). Aunque la gran mayoría de sus 80 apariciones simplemente significan 'ir' o 'dirigirse', un subconjunto pequeño pero teológicamente significativo porta el sentido más grave de 'irse, retirarse', como cuando Jesús pregunta a los Doce: '¿También vosotros queréis iros?' (Jn 6:67). El español distingue estos matices con 'id/voy' frente a 'iros', confirmando la diferencia semántica.

2. Irse, partir — Partida o retirada deliberada: 'irse, marcharse', con énfasis en alejarse más que en llegar. Se encuentra en pasajes cargados de emoción: la pregunta de Jesús, '¿También vosotros queréis iros?' (Jn 6:67), y la nota de que muchos 'se iban' a creer en Jesús (Jn 12:11).
