Arrastrar, tirar con fuerza por el suelo; llevar a rastras por la fuerza, ya sea personas, objetos o en sentido figurado.
Este verbo transmite fuerza física bruta: la acción de arrastrar o jalar algo o a alguien. Sus usos neotestamentarios pintan escenas vívidas: los discípulos arrastrando a tierra una red repleta de peces (Jn 21:8), Saulo arrastrando violentamente a creyentes fuera de sus casas para encarcelarlos (Hch 8:3), una turba arrastrando a Pablo fuera de la ciudad tras apedrearlo (Hch 14:19), y Jasón siendo arrastrado ante las autoridades (Hch 17:6). Apocalipsis 12:4 lo usa cósmicamente: la cola del dragón arrastra un tercio de las estrellas del cielo.

1. Arrastrar con fuerza — Arrastrar o jalar con fuerza, tirando de algo o alguien por el suelo o a través del espacio. La palabra conlleva connotaciones de violencia o gran esfuerzo físico.
