Shama, one of David's elite warriors
Shama was one of David's mighty men, the elite warriors who formed his inner circle. He appears in Chronicles' roster of the mighty men as the son of Hotham the Aroerite. While we know little about his specific exploits, his inclusion in this exclusive list marks him as a warrior of extraordinary courage and skill. These mighty men accomplished remarkable feats and remained loyal to David through years of adversity and triumph.
