Senaah or Hassenaah; a family name in post-exilic Judah

Senses
1. sense 1 Two occurrences are in census lists (Ezra 2:35, Nehemiah 7:38), documenting one of the larger returning groups. The third (Nehemiah 3:3) identifies their role in wall reconstruction—specifically building the Fish Gate. The variation between 'Senaah' and 'Hassenaah' (with definite article) may indicate different scribal traditions or the article's incorporation into the name. Cross-linguistic renderings simply transliterate (Senaá, Hasenaá, Sénaah). If this is indeed a family name, it's one of the more numerous post-exilic clans; if a social descriptor, it marks out a significant portion of the restoration community.
