Describe la tarea cotidiana de moler con piedras de molino, típicamente trabajo de mujeres en el hogar antiguo. Aparece en contextos que van desde lo mundano — moler el maná con molinos de mano en el desierto (Núm 11:8) — hasta lo humillante: Sansón moliendo en la prisión filistea (Jue 16:21), y la molienda metafórica de los pobres por gobernantes opresores (Is 3:15).
