we (first person plural pronoun)

Senses
1. we (first person plural pronoun) The first person common plural independent pronoun אֲנַחְנוּ ('we'), one of the most frequent pronouns in biblical Hebrew with 121 occurrences. The two clusters differ solely in the presence of the conjunctive waw prefix: S83312 (89x) is the bare pronoun 'we' and S83313 (32x) adds וְ yielding 'and we / but we'. Cross-lingual evidence is unanimous in treating these as the same pronoun: eng 'we/and we', spa 'nosotros/y nosotros', hin 'हम/और हम', arb 'نَحْنُ/وَنَحْنُ', kor '우리는/그리고 우리는', swa 'sisi/na sisi'. The conjunction is a grammatical connector, not a semantic distinction. 121×
