Ahio, a proper name borne by several men including the brother of Uzzah who drove the ark-cart.
A masculine proper name meaning 'fraternal' or 'his brother,' borne by at least three individuals in the Hebrew Bible. The most prominent is the son of Abinadab who, together with his brother Uzzah, drove the new cart carrying the ark of God from Kiriath-jearim (2 Sam 6:3-4). The name also belongs to two Benjamites listed in the genealogies of 1 Chronicles 8 and 9. Some ancient Greek manuscripts read this as the common noun 'his brothers' rather than as a proper name.
