agradar, ser agradable a; obtener aprobación o satisfacción
Este verbo significa ser grato o aceptable ante alguien, obtener su favor o aprobación. En el Nuevo Testamento aparece exclusivamente en Hebreos, donde describe el acto de agradar a Dios mediante la fe. El traslado de Enoc es evidencia de que agradó a Dios (11:5), la fe es necesaria para agradarle (11:6), y ciertos sacrificios le son agradables (13:16). El término enfatiza aquello que satisface o deleita a Dios.
