1. Hades (realm of the dead) — All three clusters refer to the single concept of Hades, the realm of the dead in NT eschatological and cosmological discourse. The multilingual evidence is uniform across all clusters: Spanish 'Hades' throughout, Arabic 'الهاوية' (the abyss/pit) in all three, Korean '음부' (underworld) in all clusters, Hindi 'अधोलोक' (netherworld) and 'पताल' (underworld), and Swahili 'kuzimu' (underworld/hell) throughout. The differences are purely grammatical case inflection (nominative, genitive, dative, accusative) and not semantic. This is a proper cosmological noun with one referent. 10×
