Este sustantivo, propiamente un infinitivo del verbo «sentarse/habitar», designa un asiento, lugar de habitación o ubicación. Aparece en expresiones que describen la construcción de tronos, tronos metafóricos de violencia, designaciones territoriales y posiblemente la idea de «en el acto». Su origen como infinitivo le confiere gran flexibilidad entre los dominios espaciales y abstractos.
