Trono (arameo), asiento de autoridad real o divina
Palabra aramea para «trono» que aparece exclusivamente en las secciones arameas de Daniel. La visión apocalíptica de Daniel 7 presenta tronos divinos en plural — «fueron puestos tronos» — para el Anciano de Días, cuyo trono arde en fuego con ruedas de llamas. Daniel 5 relata cómo Nabucodonosor perdió su trono a causa de la soberbia y lo recuperó al reconocer la soberanía del cielo. El término subraya tanto la fragilidad de la realeza humana como el dominio eterno de Dios.
