Sustantivo femenino confinado enteramente a Ezequiel, que aparece en el oráculo contra Tiro (Ez 26:17) y en el gran lamento sobre los guerreros caídos en el Seol (Ez 32:23-32). La frase recurrente 'infundieron su terror en la tierra de los vivientes' resuena como un estribillo fúnebre a lo largo del capítulo 32, aplicada sucesivamente a Asiria, Elam, Mesec-Tubal, Edom y los sidonios.
