Ira feroz, furia tempestuosa o indignación violenta — de reyes, de Dios o del mar embravecido.
Sustantivo poético y tardío que transmite una ira feroz y tempestuosa. Describe la cólera violenta del rey Asa, quien encarceló al vidente Hanani 'lleno de furor' (2 Cr 16:10), y la furia del juicio divino (Isa 30:30; Miq 7:9). Proverbios compara la ira del rey con el rugido del león (Prov 19:12).
