Beer-lajai-roi, nombre de pozo que significa 'pozo del Viviente que me ve'; lugar del encuentro de Agar
Nombre de lugar que conmemora el encuentro de Agar con el Ángel del Señor. Su significado es 'pozo del Viviente que me ve', explicado en Génesis 16:14 por la certeza de Agar de que Dios la vio en su aflicción. El pozo se encontraba entre Cades y Béred, en el Néguev. Isaac vivía cerca de Beer-lajai-roi cuando llegó Rebeca (Génesis 24:62) y se estableció allí tras la muerte de Abraham (Génesis 25:11).
