1. four — The cardinal numeral four, used as an adjective modifying nouns of various genders and cases. All forty-one occurrences carry the same numeric value with no semantic variation. Cross-linguistic evidence is perfectly uniform: Spanish 'cuatro,' Hindi 'char/charon,' Arabic 'arbaʿa,' Korean 'net/ne,' Swahili 'wanne/-nne.' The two original clusters differ only in inflectional breadth—the first covers multiple gender/case combinations (GMP, GNP, AFP, ANP, DFP, DNP, NFP) while the second is a single GMP form. Both denote the identical cardinal number four without any semantic distinction. 41×
