All 11 NT occurrences refer to the same individual across the Gospels and Acts. Multilingual evidence is consistent: Hindi 'thoma', Arabic 'tuma', Korean 'doma', Swahili 'Thomas/Tomaso', Spanish 'Thomas'. The two clusters differ only in minor case inflection (N-NMS, N-AMS, N-DMS) and represent grammatical variation of one proper noun referring to a single person. 11×
