Niph.; 𝔗 נְעֹרֶת tow (v. infr.); Arabic نَغِرَ, نَغَرَ boil, be in violent commotion, be very angry);— Qal Pf. 1 s. נָעַ֫רְתִּי Ne 5:13; Pt. act. נֹעֵר Is 33:9, 15; pass.
