† דּוּגָה n.f. fishing, fishery, only in וְנִשָּׂא בְּסִירוֹת דּוּגָה Am 4:2 (‖ בְּצִנּוֹת) of י׳, metaph. for dragging Isr. captive (cf. for practice referred to, in case of fish, Ez 29:4 & Jb 40:26 scornful summons to do it with crocodile, if possible! v. Herod.ii. 70 on mode of capturing crocodiles).
